- Unearthly Wanderings Added November 22, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great park for the kids to play. Not a heap of play equipment but there are ducks and geese you can feed or admire and there’s plenty of pathways for you to walk along the Tumut River and admire the views of this glorious valley.

This outdoor space has picnic tables, barbeques, seating close to the river, and made made pond where you can watch the ducks, geese and other bird life. There is also a playground and short walk on the footpath there is a meditation path to one side. The footpath it's self follows the river for some distance past established trees, over small pedestrian bridges, and along the way there is seating to just sit and relax and watch the flow of water. There are tiolets at the back of the buildings, I noticed the small sign pointing the way. I also noticed a sewerage dumping point for caravans. There are a couple of shops within walking distance and the town centre is less than five minutes drive to buy what you need for a BBQ. I stop here each time I am in Tumut.

- Alice McFarlane Added November 14, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This place is a godsend for parents of stir-crazy toddlers. It has a plethora of play equipment for even the most discerning tot. The highlight is surely the climbing spider web - it even kept my tiny tyke engrossed, both going up AND down!
